When disassembling the sewage pump, the oil drain plug on the suspension body should be unscrewed first, the lubricating oil should be drained, and the motor should be removed. Loosen the connecting bolts between the pump body and the bearing body, and then separate the impeller, shaft seal body and bearing body from the pump body. Then loosen the impeller nut and take out the impeller and flat key. Take out the shaft seal body and seal part, and then take out the static ring of the mechanical seal, remove the packing cover and take out the packing. Then remove the rotating part of the mechanical seal and the shaft sleeve from the shaft, and then remove the shaft sleeve. Next, remove the bracket, coupling, bearing gland, water-throwing rubber ring, pump shaft and bearing of the bearing body in turn.
